I understand that plans can change, so I aim to make cancellations as simple and fair as possible:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. This is because I may not have enough time to rebook the slot.
If you have an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please let me know. I will review such cases individually to find the best solution possible.
If you fail to show up for the booking without prior cancellation, the deposit will also be non-refundable.
